Getting started
What is Dripper?
Dripper is a community-powered style app to discover real outfits, shop exact pieces, and build a wardrobe you actually wear.
Create an account
Download the app and tap Sign up
Choose Email or Apple/Google sign-in
Pick a username, add an avatar (optional), set preferences
Set your style feed
Follow creators you like
Select styles (streetwear, minimal, vintage, techwear, chic…)
Use filters (occasion, season, budget, brands)
Accounts & profiles
Change username, email, or password
Settings → Account
Update username/email
Delete account
Send us an email
This removes your profile and content after a short processing period (backups may persist up to 90 days).
Posting fits & tagging items
Post a fit
Tap +
Add photo/video, caption, style tags
Tag items: brand, model, price (if known), and add link(s)
Best practices
Use clear, well-lit photos
Tag exact items; add solid alternatives if the item is sold out
Respect IP rights; post only content you own or have permission to share
Edit or remove a post
Open your post → ••• → Edit or Delete
Shopping & affiliates
Shop the look
Tap an item tag → open the merchant link. Some links use affiliate parameters to attribute sales. We never receive your full payment details.
Out-of-stock?
We try to surface Alternatives (similar items or verified dupes) when possible.
Returns & orders
Orders are handled by the merchant. For delivery, returns, or warranty, contact the merchant directly.
Wishlists, wardrobe & planning
Wishlist
Tap the bookmark on items to save for later. Create folders (e.g., “Fall capsule,” “Essentials”).
Wardrobe
Add what you already own to track duplicates and build capsules that mix & match.
Plan outfits
Save fits to events (date, weather, dress code) to stay consistent with your style.
Challenges & community
Weekly prompts
Join style prompts (colors, themes, budgets). Post under the prompt to be featured in community highlights.
Community guidelines (short)
Be respectful, credit sources, no hate or harassment, no counterfeit promotion, and no illegal content. Repeated violations may lead to restrictions.
Notifications & emails
Control notifications
Settings → Notifications to manage push/email preferences (likes, comments, follows, drops, challenges).
Newsletter
Subscribe/unsubscribe anytime in Settings or via email footer.
Privacy, data & safety
Your privacy
See our full Privacy Policy (link in footer). Key points:
We don’t sell your data.
You control what you share publicly.
You can request data export or deletion: Settings → Privacy.
Report content or users
Tap ••• on a post/profile → Report. Choose a reason (spam, IP, harassment, etc.). We combine human + automated review.
Data requests
For access, export, or deletion via email, contact contact.dripperapp@gmail.com from the email tied to your account.
Payments & subscriptions
Manage subscription
Settings → Subscription to view plan and status. Purchases are processed by the App Store/Play Store.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store where you purchased the subscription (Apple App Store / Google Play). Follow their refund process.
Receipts
Receipts are issued by the app store; you can also view status in Settings → Subscription.
Troubleshooting
App won’t open / crashes
Force-quit and reopen the app
Update to the latest version
Ensure you have stable network (Wi-Fi or 4G/5G)
If it persists, see Report a problem (include device + OS + app version)
Can’t upload photo/video
Check permissions: Settings (device) → Camera/Photos enabled for Dripper
Reduce file size or try a different format
Switch network (Wi-Fi ↔ Mobile)
Login issues
Password reset via Forgot password
Social login: ensure you’re signed into the correct Apple/Google account on the device
Verify you’re using the same email you registered with
Missing notifications
Device Settings → Notifications → allow for Dripper
In-app Settings → Notifications → enable the types you want
Links not opening
Update your default browser
Disable aggressive ad-blockers for merchant domains you trust
Report a problem / contact support
Email contact.dripperapp@gmail.com with:
Subject: Bug / Account / Content report / Feature request
Device & OS: (e.g., iPhone 14, iOS 18.0)
App version: (Settings → About)
Steps to reproduce: numbered steps
Screenshots / screen recording: if possible
Your account email/username: so we can locate logs
We’ll review and get back to you. For safety issues, we prioritize reports that include clear evidence.
IP takedown (copyright/trademark)
Include your full name, role (rights holder/agent), item link(s), a statement of good-faith belief, and your authorization.
